At Follicacy, we want you to love every product you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase under these conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at support@follicacy.com with:
- Your order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photo evidence of the issue
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing support@follicacy.com. After processing, cancellations are not possible.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Final Sale Items
Promotional and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged.
8. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
